Actually, I have been playing around with these guys tonight and also talking with Grant and I feel that these are a total USEFULNESS FAIL.
I can't find any real use for them because I cannot justify putting orders on their card considering how well outclassed they are by Beat Cops and Street Thugs.... I can't in good conscience pass these guys along, and I think GP agrees.
