I think AYP missed the part where Spidey can't move and websling on the same turn.

Um ... also, for his second army test, the totals on Spider-Man's allies were 870 before Spidey was added in. Was he testing Spidey at 130??
It'd be great if we could get some clarification on this. It's hard to know how to read that result as is. The other army was a legit 995.

In both army tests you did EXTREMELY well with Spidey. How can you recommend 180 points? 200 would the floor here from what I can tell.

Spoiler Alert!

The beginning of round one sees the SHIELD Agents meeting Bullseye. One attacks him, but is blocked. Bullseye responds by using his Deadly Aim to drop an agent. Another agent engages him from height advantage but fails to wound him. A hired gun tries to defeat said agent, but from height disadvantage cannot. Spidey moves up, and stops within three spaces of Bullseye. An agent falls to lava damage.
Initiative criminals. Bullseye, rather then run from Spidey, takes height and attacks him, landing two wounds. Spidey reels him in and lands one wound. One Hired Gun drops an agent, while another triggers Spidey-sense and Spidey dodges away. The agents shoot down three members of the hired guns. Bullseye drops an agent, and Kingpin advances on two others. Those agents take elevated lava, giving Kingpin two wounds. Niether falls to lava damage.
Initiative criminals. Ballseye aims across the map to take out one of the agents attacking Kingpin. Kingpin tries to follow suit, but the agent has height on him and blocks his three skulls with three shields. He's on a shadow space, however, and his defense proves too tough for the two elevated agents. Kingpin and Bullseye drop an agent each. The two remaining agents fail to cause any wounds, and one is taken out by Bullseye. Daredevil engages Bullseye, but is blocked.
Initiative criminals. Kingpin defeats the last agent as Elektra moves up from the startzone. DD moves to even ground with Bullseye but can't hit him. Elektra attacks DD from range, but he dodges it with his radar sense. KP decides not to increase DD's attack any further by engaging him. DD gives bullseye a wound. Elektra continues to attack from range, but DD blocks. Spidey swings into the mix, giving Bullseye another wound.
Initiative criminals. Elektra engages the Crime-Fighters and uses her SA, wounding Spidey but triggering Radar Sense. DD moves closer to KP, who attacks him but is blocked. Spidey wounds Elektra from height advantage. Elektra attacks Spidey, who dodges away, as does DD when Kingpin attacks him. Spidey pulls Kingpin into the lava, which kills him instantly. Kingpin loses a turn, so DD engages Elektra and gives her two wounds. Spidey takes a wound from lava damage.
Initiative Criminals. Bullseye attacks Spidey from height advantage, but he avoids it despite the deadly aim. Spidey pulls him into the lava as well. He survives the lava, but not Spidey's subsequent attack. Elektra attacks DD from height, who barely makes his Radar sense roll to avoid it. He engages Elektra to give her a fourth wound. Elektra uses her SA on him and Spidey, wounding Spidey. DD whiffs his attack on Elektra.
Initiative Crime Fighters. Elektra continues to block DD. The last hired gun moves up. DD still can't finish Elektra. Spidey and DD both dodge the hired gun. DD finalls finishes Elektra. The hired gun finishes Spidey but DD dodges him.
Initiative Daredevil. He easily dispatches the hired gun.
Daredevil wins with no wounds. .

By the by, I notice there is no level restriction on Web Slinger- Spidey could grab someone 1,000 levels up. Is this intentional?

Yes, level restrictions suck. If an Orc can accurately shoot an Arrow from that far away, Spider Man can certainly swing it.
