Gipf

My son and I started playing a series of board games called Gipf, Tamsk, Zertz, Yinsh, Punct and Dvonn. Each one is geared towards logic and strategy, with different elements:

# GIPF is a game of pushing.
# TAMSK is a game of time.
# ZÈRTZ is a game of sacrifice.
# DVONN is a game of towers.
# YINSH is a game of flipping.
# PÜNCT is a game of connection.

The cool thing is that, with Gipf, you can add expansions that bring in elements from the other five games for more challenge.

I try to stear clear of games I can't pronounce. :P

(In all seriousness, they sound interesting albeit a bit too abstract for my tastes.)
