How do i upload images or Virtualscape files?

Pretty self explanitory... I want to post pics of maps ive made and virtualscape files up on the site for people to see. How do i do that?

I see everyone else do it but i dont know how.

Ok i saw that right after i posted so forget about the images but what about Virtualscape files... how do you post them?
