I'm the kind of girl who likes to curl up with a book in a comfy chair or under a blanket. I love the smell of old books and a library is one of my favourite places. I love the heft of the book and the way the pages gather from one side to the other as you get closer to the finish.

Maybe I'm old fashioned.

I don't have one, but I would love to get one someday. I will wait for the prices to come down though. I am not an early adopter for tech devices (I just got an MP3 player a couple months ago).

There's a great ebook reader for the DS called alpha, but only does text files... I have that but don't use it.

If I read an ebook I just use my laptop or my Mogul...

I kind of want one... but I do not really read much. I was thinking maybe this would get me to read more. I would definatly have one now if I could download college books for it... and browse web pages, and... lol... if it did more basically.

The price should drop quite a bit on the current Kindle, at least when the Color version is released.

EDIT: ...and, holy CRAP that was an old post. Wow, we really don't get a lot of traffic on the Book board, do we?

But, yeah, more on topic, I kinda want a Kindle, if only for their fancy access to all sorts of classics and such. But I'd rather hold a book, really.

I forgot that I posted this question on here... My dad was saying, the other day, that with ebook readers, computers and other technology devices, paper is slowly losing the necessity value. Another reason why we have problems with lumber mills.
