I hope you guys can make it. At least you know it will be easy to find as it is just a little ways down the road from where Mechanicon was held.

Just roll a d7 (if you can find one) to determine which General goes 1st, 2nd, etc. that way it will be kept random.; or doit alphabetically to be fair. Whaaat-ev-verrr suits you, since you're the organdizer (I almost said, "the hostess with the mostess" - hahaha).

I've always liked General Wars formats and I love this format TOM. It's very C0^0L. #1. it's based on a round number 400, and not some weird odd one that was mysteriously pulled out of thin air. BUT why does the winner of each round get five extra points for winning? Check above, "...winner gets 405 points...," was that a typographical error? #2. AND I love the fact that we'll alll get to use FIVE different armies on the same day, since I don't get play very often, BUT I'll probably end up up building and bring four different armies for each General and that would mean twenty armies - aaaarrgh! NOTE: I must remember to styfle myself and be decisive for a change. #3. It's also very interesting that we will all be using the same General at the same time - awesome! BUT I suspect that we will be seeing a lot of similar armies or at least the same units in each army, i.e. Utgar's Stingers, Jandar's 4th Mass, etc. SO you might want to add a caveat above reminding players to make sure that their own figures are marked in some way, in order to tell them apart from their opponents' pieces. I tried little hair scrunchies around the bases of my guys one time at Pitman. It was visually effective, but a real inconvenience. I must thing of some other method. #4. Hmm, June 16th is excellent, I should be settled into Cape May County bt thenand unpacked from my year long hiatus in the Merryland of APGMD. Since it's the Saturday before Father's Day, I should be able to assuage Mrs. G.'s plans to CELEBRATE with the expressed desire, "All I want for gifts is a chance to play some 'Scape." #5. One last comment, the 60 minute rounds is okay with me, BUT do you think we really need to go the whole distance with only 400 point armies? Granted, we're typically extremely fortunate to get everyone there by 12:30, so we can start on time; however you are not allowing any specific amount of time between the rounds for us to fetch the next army (from a different General) out of our vehicles. And there's always the need to calculate current standings to match up the next set of players, etc. Just a suggestion.

&OBTW: Put me down as a Probable Attendee, baring any unforseen circumstances like "random weirdnesses" or "alien abductions." I will confer with SqueegeeLuigi9999 and his father ("DW1") to ascertain if they can make it... I'll also shoot a PM to DragonSlayer2 to see if they're up for joining us.
