Here is an update of some designs I would be willing to run in the public.
Hulk III

SUPER LEAP
Instead of his normal move, Incredible Hulk may Super Leap. Super Leap has a move of 10. When counting spaces for Hulk's Super Leap movement, ignore elevations. Hulk may leap over water without stopping, leap over figures without becoming engaged, and leap over obstacles such as ruins. Hulk may not leap more than 50 levels up or down in a single leap. When moving with Super Leap, Hulk will take any leaving engagement attacks. Hulk rolls 3 fewer attack dice on any turn that he chooses to Super Leap.
THROW ANYTHING
After moving and before attacking, you may choose any one small, medium, or large figure or Destructible Object adjacent to the Hulk. Then choose any one figure or Destructible Object that is 3 or more spaces away from the Hulk but still within 8 clear sight spaces. Place the first figure or object chosen on an empty space adjacent to the second chosen figure or object and, one at a time, roll the twenty sided die for each figure that was chosen. On a roll of 11 or higher, place 1 wound marker on their card.
THUNDER CLAP SPECIAL ATTACK
Range Special. Attack 4.
Choose 3 spaces in a straight line from the Hulk. All figures on the chosen spaces, and all figures other than the Hulk within 1 space of the chosen spaces, are affected by this special attack. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. After all defense dice are rolled, you may move each figure still in the effected area 1 space further away from the Hulk.

I HAVE A PLAN
If each of your Order Markers are placed on a different Unique Hero card you control, after revealing a numbered Order Marker and taking a turn with another hero, you may immediately reveal the X Order Marker on this card and take a turn with Rocket Raccoon. If you do, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.
MOVING TARGET
When rolling defense dice against a non-adjacent attack, add one shield to what ever is rolled. After rolling defense dice against any attack, you may move Rocket Raccoon up to 3 spaces. Rocket Racoon will not take any leaving engagement attacks when moved by this power.
BOMBS AWAY
Start the game with 3 Glyphs of Remotely-Detonated Bomb and a Glyph of Detonator on this card. Rocket cannot lose the Glyph of Detonator by receiving wounds unless he is destroyed. After moving with Rocket, you may place any number of Glyphs of Remotely-Detonated Bomb from this card power-side up on any empty spaces Rocket moved through or passed over.
FLYING

Instead of attacking, you may destroy any number of Glyphs of Remotely-Detonated Bomb on the battlefield. If a Glyph of Remotely-Detonated Bomb destroyed by this glyph would affect a figure chosen at random, you may instead choose the affected figure.

REMOTELY-DETONATED BOMB (PERMANENT GLYPH)
If this glyph is destroyed by any means, roll an unblockable attack die against the figure occupying this glyph. If this glyph is unoccupied, choose a figure at random that is within 1 space of this glyph and roll an unblockable attack die against that figure.

DUAL KATAR DAGGERS
When Kroenen attacks an adjacent figure, he may attack one additional time. If the adjacent figure Kroenen attacks is also engaged with a Mastermind you control, add one attack die to the first attack.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUIT
When rolling defense against a special attack, Kroenen always add 1 automatic shield to whatever is rolled. If Kroenen is chosen by an opponent for a special power requiring a 20-sided die roll, the opponent must subtract 2 from that die roll.
CLOCKWORK HEART
Before taking a turn with Kroenen, if he is unengaged, you may reveal an 'X' order marker on this card to either take two turns with Kroenen, or remove a wound marker from this card.
