I had this idea earlier today so I may as well post it to see what you all think of it:

Lagoon Boy
(use the Sahuagin Raider mini)

Amphibian
Unique Hero
Titan
Brash
Medium 4

Life: 5

Move: 6
Range: 1
Attack: 4
Defense: 3
Points: 75

WATER CONTROL
Lagoon Boy does not have to stop his movement when entering a water space. All enemy figures on water spaces within 4 spaces of Lagoon Boy must subtract 1 from their Defense dice.

PUFFED UP
If an opponent’s small or medium figure moves adjacent to Lagoon Boy, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 15 or higher, the opponent’s figure cannot attack this turn.
