counter strike
If my enemy is going to attack charos or a other figure with counter strike
but it rolles NO skulls, can i stil roll defence and so attack my enemy

1. when i have a hero like drake and NGS.

the hulk destroys my team and want to ne-gok-sa and wounds him
with 1 life left agains a not wounded hulk....

enemy have heigth 4
do I get +2 for 10 level+ up
or + 2 for 10 level+ with also + 1 for heigth totaal 3 extra dice
