Re: This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds

This will be my best post so far on this.

Re: This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds

Re: This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds

Agreed, it's probably the least feasible revision. Plus it has an obvious workaround.

Throwing another suggestion into the mix: new releases could be completely granular. That is, just sell...

Re: This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds

Great ideas!

I saw some other solid ideas on Reddit I'll add here.

Re-use figures within the same squad.
Use baseboards from Arena of the Planeswalkers (Hasbro's other game, for which...

Some other ideas for revisions:

Reduce the number of unique figures in the box (the largest box if there will be multiple tiers). If the fixed mold costs are a large part of the required...

How about out of respect to those who worked tirelessly for over a year on this project (2?), many from this very site, we don't slam the door on them until the clock hits zero and then only if we...

Post Re: This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds

Some of the better ideas I've heard:

There are maybe a thousand die-hard fans who'd be happy to spend much more than $250, if there were an incentive to do so. Generally the rule is "don't...

Wink This is how Avalon Hill Heroscape succeeds

Whatever went wrong with the first attempt at funding Age of Annihilation, it's behind us.

Here's why a second attempt makes sense:

1. First attempt was rocky.

2. We learned from the...
