Range, and higher attack than defense (which I'm planning for the SHIELD Agents as well, and a melee power there so I'd like to avoid one here), with an 'incognito' defensive power.

For some reason I thought these guys had full turn bonding ... but they don't. They don't have a design at all yet. :-P
Spidey and I have been throwing around some interesting ideas, though. I'll let him share, since the good ones are all him.

I don't want to overdue turn bonding on squads, but I really really want to see full turn bonding with any Skrull Unique Hero. Nothing fancy either, just straight up old fashion turn bonding. :D

SKRULL CHAMPION INSPIRATION
At the beginning of a game, you may choose one Unique Skrull Hero to be the Skrull Warriors' Skrull Champion. For each life the Skrull Champion has left, you may add 1 to the attack and defense numbers of each Skrull Warrior you control, up to a maximum of 3 life may be used for Skrull Champion Inspiration.

Additionally, Bats and I thought they should have base stats of Move 3, Range 3, Attack 2, Defense 2 and have one additional power which represented their shape-changing by giving them a chance to avoid attacks. They would also probably be the most expensive squad we create, at least to date.

EDIT: BTW, the wording of the cap is straight from Hulk's card.

I don't remember talking about move/range of 3. That seems pretty low for these guys. Those look like guns capable of shooting more than 3 spaces, and 3 is too small of a movement for anyone. They definitely wouldn't be too expensive with a threat range of 6 only. :-P
I'd be happier with move of 5 and range of 5.
Otherwise, though, yeah, I'm liking that.
Oh, you probably want to start a new sentence at the last comma there to avoid a comma splice.
