So just for my own clarity: "Classic Delta rule of 9" is no C3V, Delta pricing, no more than 9 of any one squad / hero figures?

Correct, you can bring more than 9 in your army, you just have to sit the excess. For example, you could have 5 squads of Death Knights in your army, but you would have to sit one in your games.

I wish I had that problem with Death Knights. Only have one squad 😔

Me too. I only have 1-2 copies of any of the common squads I own, OG or C3V. Too pricey and too much space for me to do otherwise at this point. I just proxy at home, but you could probably borrow from others for the tourny if needed.

I plan on attending! Would 3D prints of classic figures be allowed?

Yep! 3D prints of original figures are totally allowed. Paint is not required, but helpful. If you are looking at an army but to have the figs, let me know! I should have plenty to borrow. That goes for anyone who might be thinking about coming too!
