News of the Week

While it may still be April, the time for GenCon is fast approaching. Just recently the Event Roster was released. Some old favorites like Heat of Battle are returning, along with some new events!

Every so often I like to give a little history lesson. This time it's about truth and the sites that have come before us. Gather 'round the fireplace, children, as TheMainMan posts the questions he asked truth and the resulting answers.

Thread of the Week

Often I hear that some people just buy HeroScape for the terrain. And who wouldn't, with its rich variety of terrain types, and the ease of setting up different battlefields? Peteparkerh has used the terrain to create an interesting new ruleset. You can learn more about it here.

Scaper of the Week:

The latest Scaper of the Week is our very own S1R_ARTOR1US! By "very own", we mean, of course, us here at Week@Heroscapers. S1R normally writes up the nice little notice for each Scaper of the Week, but this time, we took that away from him. I don't know anyone as well-respected as S1R when it comes to the "young 'uns". He is certainly a head above all the rest. Congratulations S1R! You most assuredly deserve it.

Conversations with a Guru

Posted April 11th, 2009 at 09:56 AM by truth

Blog of the Week

A unit can be either very good, or horrible depending on how you use them. Even the honored Fourth Massachusetts Line can be horrible in incapable hands. If only there was some informational flow chart to help you when using them. Oh wait, there is. How to use the 4th Massachusetts Line by Jexik is a blog that anyone who struggles to use the 4th Mass at their full potential must read.
