Community bull

I've generally been impressed with the community and its one of the reasons that I play, but I have to say I'm really disappointed in this thread:

http://www.heroscapers.com/community...t=33590&page=2

The number of one word negative responses that don't add value and lack of community policing makes me sad. That the responses come from people with lots of "rep" makes it even sadder. From what I can tell, "Rep" is mostly a measure of entertainment value. Say something funny/cool, get lots of rep. It makes me concerned that people are more interested in being jackasses than I had previously thought.

The word 'errata' may be strong, but the general concept of game mechanics maturing/changing over time is fact and the desire for consistency in game mechanics is a worthwhile one. Being relatively new, I've noticed many inconsistencies or really "corrected" powers between waves and I too have wondered why don't...

Week @ Heroscapers, December 31st 2010

Posted December 31st, 2010 at 02:28 PM by truth
Image of the Week.

"Something has crept or been driven out of the dark water under the mountains. There are older and fouler things than orcs in the deep places of the world."

And only the bravest of heroes can hope to survive Peteparkerh's Mines of Moria campaign and continue on their quest to defeat Sauron. If you do succeed you will find yourself at Helm's Deep, and finally at the white city, Minas Tirith.

Bringing in the new year, Heroscape Style.

Another year has come and gone, and that means it's time for a new calender. So why not celebrate 2011 and your favorite game with AliasQTip's Heroscape Calender?

Custom of the Week.

The Wasabus Winter Collection

Posted January 8th, 2011 at 11:14 AM by Sylvano the Wasabus
If the corporation I work for can ever get organized enough to lay me off as they’ve promised, I will be out of work. But I’ve decided to be proactive and start creating my new career right away.

I’m going to be a fashion designer. I’ve sewn for years and I do like nice fabric. But I’m also obsessed with minis and Scape so I’ve decided to combine my obsessions with my good intentions and the result is:

The Wasabus Winter Collection of Designer Attire for Heroscape.

Please note that each of these ensembles is a one-of-a-kind designer custom creation, and that’s why they are priced as such.

Even if you go to the biggest convention or tournament you will never see another figure in the same outfit. You can hold your head high because you will be cutting edge, in fashion, and a little poorer- but looking good is worth the price, isn’t it?

Design # 1
