I've always loved C3G, but I'm just now starting to collect. I'm working on a Iron Man army. I have every suit, except the engineer Iron Man. The one I need. Stinking ebay seller sent me a spider girl instead. So, I'm hoping I can make up some sorta anti Iron Man army until I find another Iron Man engineer

I agree with dok. Ask for a raise.

You will either get a raise and earn more respect from the managers, or you won't get a raise and perhaps the workload will slow down.

Either way, I am very happy that you have a goodish job now!

I obviously don't know every detail of your work situation, but based on my experience I have a suggestion:

Ask for a raise.

This helps in two ways:

1) It will be easier to accept doing way more work than other people when you have a paycheck that matches. It will no longer feel so deeply unfair.

2) The managers will know that you make more money, and since managers generally think that one's value is reflected in their salary, they will respect you more and value your time more.

Well, Sylvano, I've been quietly reading your blogs for about 3 years now, and I have to say, you're a very hard-working, loving, eccentric man. You will pull through. Good luck with whatever the managers throw (or don't throw) your way next.
