WAVE THIRTEEN: ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN

Celebrating Superman's 74 year and two month Anniversary, C3G has released Wave 13: Adventures of Superman!
BOOSTER ONE: LEGION OF SUPERHEROES
The Legion is here! The Legion of Superheroes that is. The analytical Brainiac 5 carries the Glyph of Shield Belt, an invention of his own design, for protection. Lightning Lad is a hothead whose ready to take his frustrations out on his enemies with his Charged Lightning Bolt Special Attack. Get past your opponent's tough defenses with Saturn Girl's Psychic Blast. Along with the Legion is their inspiration, Superboy. The young Kal-El is so powerful that he must constantly focus because he doesn't know just how Super he can be! Finally, the Legion could not be complete without its final founding member and its most frequent chairman, Cosmic Boy. He leads all the Legionnaire's into battle with his Legionnaire Leadership.

BOOSTER TWO: REIGN OF THE SUPERMEN
Death of Superman? Really?!? Are you too young ... or perhaps too old to remember? Let C3G help. Superboy (Kon-El), a metahuman clone genetically engineered to be like Superman, that has a terrible secret . . . the other half of his DNA belongs to Lex Luthor! Kon-El endeavors to protect the Titans. Steel, inspired by the Man of Steel, is an inventor whose hammer may be smarter than your opponent. The Last Son of Krypton, The Eradicator both attacks his enemies and preserves Kryptonians with his Solar Radiation. If those aren't the Supermen for you, perhaps you prefer to believe the original has returned as Cyborg Superman, whose Cybernetic Repair allows him to continue to heal his battered mish-mash of flesh and Kryptonian technology. Finally, the one and only Kal-El returns! Yes, Superman is back and this time he'll be championing his efforts with Heat Vision and Super Breath.

BOOSTER THREE: COSMIC CRIMINALS
The DC universe is a dangerous place. And no one faces more seemingly unbeatable foes than Superman. Whether its been as his bounty or just for the frag of it, Lobo's one of the Few can say they've given the Last Kryptonian as good as they've gotten. Another on that list is the conqueror Mongul, whose ability to both soften Superman up with a Champion and unleash his deadly Orbital Assault, nearly cost Superman his life. Lastly, we have the three formerly exiled Kryptonian criminals - Non, Ursa, and their leader General Zod. Non is a mute whose only speaks through violence with his Kill Crazy power while the assassin Ursa has a Kryptonite Dagger (Watch out Superman!). Finally, as if those two weren't enough, there is the man who lives for revenge on the House of El. Kneel Before Zod!

General Zod

BOOSTER FOUR: WAR OF THE SUPERMEN
Any general is only as good as those he leads and General Zod is no different. Send Kryptonian Soldiers to the front line using Horu-Kanu Combat or use a Kryptonian Infiltrator to (yeah that's right) infiltrate your enemy's position. On the other hand, maybe you're interested in a more Terran army (as non-Earthlings call us.) Intergang Agents are a bunch of everyday criminals with not-so-everyday Apokoliptian Weaponry.

Also, we'd like to offer our special thanks to Hogg. He has taken the pictures for each booster set for the past two waves. They look fantastic! Reputation is well deserved.

Long Live the Legion! Hope you keep expanding the membership. Now, if they would only release the second animated season and make the third one!
