This is an army I call the "I Really Really Hate You" Army. The idea here is that almost every figure can be replace or regenerated in some way:
400 Points:
3x Zombies
3x Deathreavers
1x Marro Warriors
1x Me-Burq-Sa
Me-Burq-Sa doesn't fit the theme, but it's nice to have some extra ranged support. What I like about this army is that it can be anywhere from 300 to 600 points and still be fairly effective. Of course, you could always detract from the theme a bit and throw in Raelin for added ARGHness.
If anyone else as any armies that are really frustrating to fight against, please post them. :D

Here's a 600 point army I'd find annoying:
Deathreavers x15

What's really annoying is a syvarris tank. :x
My brother likes to pick syvarris, dan, the nakitas, raelin, and some high defense squads and clump them together in his starting zone. He then blasts whatever I send at him to pieces before they even get near, and if they do reach him they have to plough through all of the people in order to reach the real threats. Plus, the nakitas add a nasty anti-range effect, and their raelin-ated defenses can easily withstand most ranged blows anyway.

Ninjas. And Isamu.
"And my unwounded Jotun attacks your last figure on the board, your crappy 10 point ninja, with 10 attack dice, one for height and one for the glyph, and... 10 skulls! Oh yeah!"
"Wait!"
"What?"
"I get to roll for vanish!"
"Oh... right... well, get on with it then!"
"OK then, I will!"
*Rolls the d20. It seems to hover in the air until it comes down onto a... 9!*
"9! Oh yeah! And I get to move 4 spaces... I'll just move under this overhang here. Hey, I guess Jotun can't fit under it!"
"I hate you."

I third Syvarris tank and am adding Braxas.
She takes out 150pts. of your army, next round 80, final round 50 and she dies.

I'd have to agree with ninjas. They don't necessarily kill that much, but they annoy me every time.

Here's a new version of this army from the Fun Armies for Casual Play (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?t=7015) thread revised to add in Isamu:
The Untouchables - 2nd Revision (500 Points)
Ninjas of the Northern Wind 110
Parmenio 90
Sacred Band 50
Nakita Agents 120
Microcorp Agents 100
Isamu 10
Marcu 20
Marcu is filler but almost everything has a d20 roll to prevent death.

The Krav should be one of the Untouchables, they're so annoying because of Stealth Dodge.
Here's my aggrevating army:
Braxas 210
Krav 100
Isamu 10
rats 2 80
I wouldn't call rats "untouchable" but you try to attack them and they run away, sort of untouchable.

My army is aannoying
Ralein
Syvarris
Minions
Krav Maga
Sentenials
Ralein boosts the Sentenials, and with height, a possiblity of 14 sheilds are devestating. The minions grab height pick on troops, and with a good defense, thay just kill. Syvarris sits across rivers or on height and picks off all who near. Ralein also help him. The Krav Maga and Ralein make the Krav almost impossible to hit far away.

I played and lost to lilwis' 5th Mass army about a dozen times. It consisted of 5 units of 4th Mass (hence the name) and Me Burq Sa. As soon as MBS died the 4th got the Valiant bonus and just made life miserable for me. It should be noted that each time I tried to beat that army I used an Orc horde.

Spider-Man - 160
Venom - 150
Ninjas - 110
Isamu - 10
Marro Warriors - 50
Marcu - 20
Total = 500
I pity da fool playing against this army when their opponent is rolling the d20 well.....
How about this, speaking of Syvvaris tank:
Syvvaris - 100
Thorgrim - 80
Raelin - 80
Knytela (spelling) - 20
Nakitas - 120
Krav Maga - 100
Total = 500
Try to setup Syv on height, adjacent to Thorgrim, Knytela and a Nakita, within 4 spaces of Raelin. Syv now has 6 base defense, 7 with height, before Smoke Powder, and you still have 2 Nakitas and the Krav to also shoot things. If only you could fit Acolarh to make Syv just that much harder to kill....

That's where Drake comes in, and the Krav(if he doesn't have em) And the MINIONS!!!! I loves minions!!!

Jotun, Mimring, Braxas....there are a lot of options for putting that army down.

My brother just masses snipers at a height with Taelord. It has brought Sgt. Drake back in my house.
