Go look in the maps forum and download the HQ map packs. Tons of maps in those for 1 MS up to 5+.

So it looks like you are looking for a very specific map utilizing all the tiles you listed and no more. Do I understand that correctly?
Oh, and I fixed your title so it would make sense in the list view

pof,
I'd be glad to design you a map. As stated above, if you look at all the map threads and the few that are in the new downloads section, you may find one. If not, let me know and I'll make you one.

Just out of curiosity, how'd you come by those odd tile numbers?

pof,
Here's what I drafted for you this morning. I didn't pm you this because it won't let me attach anything in a pm. Let me know what you think and I can change what you want. It uses most of your tiles and also meets some of the other requests you wanted. I titled it in the spirit of your odd number of tiles you've aquired. It hasn't been play tested (which I like to do with all maps before I put them out) but I think at first draft it should work. Let me know

That map looks pretty nice, cavie. I really like how the mountain and lake really break up the terrain.

Thanks AM,
I'll post in my thread and put it in the downloads once I fine tune and tweak it. PoF, I'll email it to you because I can't send an attachment through a pm. Glad you like it.

That is a nice looking map. I think I'll make a bigger version of it when we get tired of the current one we are playing on.

it's all in creativity. I know i work best when im in the mood to play the game. All i can really suggest is keep you imagination open and maybe check out some maps members her have built.

Go download the HQ map packs from the map forum. The 2 MS set has a ton of good maps that use 2 MS, 1VW, and 1RTFF.
I enjoy making the map as much as playing the game. I have 2 1/2 MS worth of terrain and I think I'd be happy with about 5 MS total.

Check out the map section here (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/viewforum.php?f=5&sid=0003d0f692bd1af4bfb2578433b0c549) for some cool ideas.
You could start by building the official maps from the instruction book and just begin to tweak them.
Some pointers:
-Stay away from "dead space" (building areas on the map that no figure would have reason to move through)
-Make sure high points are accessable to all figures (double steps for double base figs, steps 3 or less high)
-Spread cover throughout map for melee units (trees, ruins, 5 high hills, etc.)
-Balance playing field (the map doesn't need to be symmetrical but each player should have equal oppurtunity to gain high ground, obtain glyphs, or reach a scenario objective)

allskulls has some good points. The main thing is to keep at it...experiment. You will find your style in time. The best advice to give is simply look at many maps posted in the forums as well as official ones and find what you like. Then all you have to do is incorporate those features in your own creation. Tweaking maps to your liking is a great way to make them your own.
I like to either start with a general idea of what I want and build from specs in my head or simply lay tile and see what happens. Soon enough you will realize what works and doesn't.

i lay the tiles one by one. occasionally i'll go back and make some modifications to allow a bridge to fit just how i want it to, or relocate a hill to a beter spot on the map. Building the maps is, to me, more fun than playing the game. Laying out the terrain how i want it to be give me a god-like feeling.

Download Landscape and play with that. You can enter how many pieces you have in your collection and build whatever you want. You can then render it in Solidscape to see what it will look like.

the only problem i have with landScape is that i only have a small table ( for now) to put my maps. So although landScape can help sometimes the map comes out to big for my table. :(

Find out how many hexes wide and long your table is and then when you build you keep those constaints in mind :)

I know how that goes I'm playing on my kitchen table and am starting to run out of room to build maps. Thinking I'm going to end up getting a big sheet of plywood to put over my pool table and start building on that. We usually don't sit much when we are playing anyways.

i built myself a dedicated heroscape table. it started off as a sheet of plywood like material (not quite as expensive, and smoother; idk what it's called) and a few 1x2's to frame it. then, i had to make it in 2 halves to get it where i needed it to go, and put it together from there, but it bowed in the biddle, so i took metal shelf corners and used them as bracers. Then, it needed wheels so i could move it out of the way, so i put one in each corner. well, we moved and i keep HS in my room now, so i had to modify the table again. i took it apart, put hinges on it so it'll fold in half, and moved all 4 wheels to the same half.
this table is 6'x4' and has plenty of room for 4 mastersets and adice tower and cards and other essentials....

Particle board probably? That would work better than untreated ply. I have to do something my wife is getting tired of the constant Heroscape display taking up the kitchen table hehe. We usually build a map, play it for a couple days, tear it down and repeat.

wimba808,
I replied to your post about the Elemental Map (just thought I'd let you know that). As far as this post - I'm making some maps right now for player-of-football - he only owns ~2 master sets. I will let you know when they are done if you're interested. I have posted one of them in the downloads section, it's titled Uncommon Ground. It uses only 2 MS and not any of the additonal sets you have listed. If you want a map built for you with the number of sets you have - let me know.
As far as building a map, I would try to come up with a goal or place you want your battle to be set up in/for. That is usually what guides me to design and steer my map building.

That would be asome if u could build a map for me!!!
1MS
1EOV MS
1VW
1RTFF
1TT
and some expansions but try not to use those cause its hard to keep track of the tiles i have from them.
1 other thing is tht my table is kinda small. :( S if the map was smaller but somehow used alot of space tht would be great. :D

First - I think we need to move this to the map/scenarios thread - mods?
Second - Here's a draft for you wimba. I tried to keep it small for your table and I didn't use TT since we can't put it in landscape yet. Let me know if this is what your looking for and I'll finish it off, or tell me what you'd like different. There are some basic rules to the scenario below the image.

There are missing artifacts your general wants you to retrieve. They are said to be in the sand and in the volcano. Send your army into the sand and volcano to find the artifacts. Watch out for the enemy though, they may want to finish before you.
Player 1 take the yellow starting zone
Player 2 take the red starting zone.
There are 4 glyphs of Brandar. 2 are marked with the B and the other 2 marked with ?. The Red army must retrieve the ? mark glyphs and the yellow must retireve the B glyphs.

I will send you the map and steps to make it after I finish it up. You'll need to pm me your email address or wait until I get it up in the downloads section(which might take me longer since I'll proof everything before submitting).
