I'm probably going to make some pretty good use of it later this summer.

Some fanfics and artwork have been posted already, along with comments and reviews. Remember it takes quite a bit of time to write a full story or to draw/color a picture so posts here will be slower in coming.

Also some people may be wary of posting their stories or pictures because of the loss of HQ. Give them time. They'll probably find some new material to throw in here eventually =)

heck, maybe some artists are (understandably) afraid of someone yoinking their art and using it to sell some HS Ebay product, what with the acceptance HQ had towards people capitilizing on other people's artistic and gaming efforts. :roll:

BTW - do we have a blanket copyright text on the bottom of any page, claiming that the creative efforts of this site are not to be sold anywhere, to anyone, without the express written consent of their creators?

It seems like if it was a site-wide disclaimer, it'd be more elegant than having every creator think up their own text and have to remember to put it in their creator threads. :?:

I had assumed when we first came to the new site there would be a disclaimer, especially since Truth was both a victim of ebay bob and one of the original site implementors.

Since then I am not so sure because I have not seen any disclaimer. I imagine the mods here can add one fairly easily though :)

The legal info you suggested has been added to the bottom of every page in this site.

This would have been an excellent thing to put in my DropBox for Site Improvement Ideas (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?t=846&highlight=) thread. Just by chance I happened to read this thread and see the idea.

yeah this forum rules! if it wasnt for this forum, UD would have to post his "people on this page units" topic in a differnt forum and id probly wouldnt have been able to find it.

Cool Funrun! Thanks for the disclaimer and yah... I'll try to remember to put suggestions into the drop box. Sometimes you just get on a topic and forget that there's a place to put it =P
