Master Set on Sale at Wal-Mart in Johnstown, PA

My brother spotted the Master Set on sale in the Johnstown, PA area (Richland Town Center) at Wal-Mart for $20.00. I've just taken a trip back to that area and hit about 4 or 5 Wal-Marts along the way and didn't see anything I needed or notice a price difference in the MS, so I think this is probably just a local discount.

most of the walmarts are independent in choosing sales. I've noticed that here as well. almost 70% off at one walmart but full price at another. Same with Kmart.

our little town has 2 super wal-marts, and their stock is so confusing from one to the other. centeral has had wave 6 for 2 months now, and west side just got them in last week. centeral has only 1 master set, while west side just restocked a dozen. centeral "clearanced" the Road sets for $7 while west side had sold out. it's weird...
