Anyone know where to go for good online conversions of board/card games? My lack of playing partners but love of games compels me to seek these out.

The ones I'm aware of are:
Ticket to Ride on Days of Wonder's site www.ticket2ride.com
Carcassonne and Settlers of Catan on www.games.asobrain.com

I would love to find an online version of Munchkin.

I would love to find an online version of Munchkin.

Xbox 360 Settlers of Catan is sucking most of my free time. Can't stop playing it.

Big German game site:
http://www.brettspielwelt.de/Spiele/
Has Carcassonne Hunters and Gatherers, regular Carc, Catan, Thurns and Taxis, and a ton of others

Online version of Puerto Rico:

Online version of Coloretto (addicting!):

Are you familiar with the Vassal gaming engine? Literally hundreds of boardgames replicated there. And if you've the gumption, if the game you're looking for isn't there, create the module for it.

Here's a list of the games currently on the Vassal server (http://www.vassalengine.org/community/index.php?option=com_vassal_modules&task=displayAll&Itemid=30).

We need more BattleLore players, ;)

Only games I've played on Vassal so far are Heroscape (doesn't translate so well to 2D), DreamBlade, and BattleLore, but I've had fun with all of them.
