I like me some archers. Aubriens all the way. Yea, interesting, no ashra warriors. i guess even the designers consider them to be more amazon than elves.

In truth, I don't use any elves. I used to use Sylvarris until I got a million better heroes (like Krug), and I don't own any other elves. I am waiting for Wave 4 to reappear in stores near me so I can grab the elves/soulborg pack.

Although last night i played a random drafting game with my brother and i drafted kaemon awa and hatamoto taro and i managed to take out most of my bro's army with the samurai archer, who had previously not been great for me. At Last i managed to use the Einar FB to his full potential!

Yeah I play tested that combo. I know the Samurai FB will get more playing time now. The one thing I didn't like as much that you have to be at range 4 to use the double attack-special attack, puts the Samurai Archer at to much risk.

Too true. The four range is slightly annoying but when you have Taro 8 spaces away you are well shielded!

Kinda funny that Hasbro even forgets those girls are elves. I have no idea what to vote for here. Syvariss, WoA, and the Aubrens are all very common picks in my house.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when they say "the figure you draft the most" and include a Master Set figure, doesn't that Master Set figure almost always win?

They should just say "which is your favorite" or something to not skew it towards the most commonly owned figure.

I started keeping track of units drafted in my group this year based on % availible to draft per game so far this is where the draft rate is per wave. I also have individual Heros & Squads.

I almost never use the Aubriens or Syvy. The WOA are my favorite 50 pt filler squad on a no glyph board. I would like to try a few squads of Aubriens if they ever come back to a store near me, they're worthless as 1 squad.

This is so unfair. If you look at my signature, you'll see why. Ullar and all of his elves are by faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar the greatest units on the map. My first pick would be Syvarris, second Acolarh, third Morsbane, forth Aubrien Archers.

Agreed... the main reason I'd vote for anyone would be to see extra back story on the hero/squad... which as far as the zombies are concerned, I don't care :?

What's the deal with having Acolarh in the poll? I understand he's probably there for the sake of completeness, but they don't even have a listing for him on the site! also, he'd never be drafted without any other elves...

Warriors of Ashra - 27% Probably cause the only thing filling the shelves in a lot of places are Master Sets and Wave 5. Either that or theats has a crush on the WOA and he's spending hours pumping up their percentage. :wink:

I'd go for syvarris all the time. Hes my all time fave unit.

A friend of mine drafts the WOA all the time. They can be pretty annoying :brickwall: when they kill your jotun and you cant do much about it because of bad dice rolls while he keeps getting one shield.
