I was playing a game with two other guys, and one of my friends had Q9. I think it is safe to say the neither of us other two were happy about that. Dead Eye went first for one guy, but no one was in range so he just moved to a better position. Then, Q9 moved (into DED's range). The first guys next turn came up, and it was DED again. First shot with the sharpshooter, and he hit a 20 for Q9. It was amazing, and it definitely changed the game. After that, the guy who had drafted Q9 wasn't much of a threat.

I Love DED. He is pretty versatile. He can be great against both squads and heroes. His only weakness is swarm armies and heroes that aren't super expensive

I as well am a big fan of DED, especially when paired with Theracus. There's 100 points that allows everyone's favorite sniper to gain height quickly. It's also very fun picking off Krav Maga Agents or Minions of Utgar one by one

Now that is fun stuff to behold.
Did you guys sing the music from The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly after Q9 fell?
My first and only Sharpshoot kill with DED was against a fresh Q9. It's a such a sweet accomplisment!
And you gotta do the Morricone melody!

It's the absolute best to take out Krav Magas with DED's SA as well. Dan outranges the agents (even with Laglor's range enhancement!) and cuts short their Stealth Dodge.

Btw, a fresh Q9 once fell to my Morsbane's Rod of Negation d20 roll. That's none too shabby either!

I've also done this, I loved the look on the other guys face.

One of my friends use Sharpshoot on my Nilf, and it worked. I't was ok by me though, Nilf had already killed his points worth and had 4 damage at that time.

I've had some amazing luck with Morsbane, Memrable kills include: Realin, Major Q9, Tealord, some others that I can't remember.

Memrable Negations include: Realin, Tealord, Marcus, Thorgrim, Krav Maga, Krug.

Morsbane and me got along great when he first came out, I haven't used him much lately though. Deadeye is picked nearly every game on either army. (That 10 range is just so hard to resist.) :P

Deadeye Dan is a great character. Back him up with a wall in front and snipe away.

I have yet to hit man figures with DED, but apparently my 'scape skill is making good d20 rolls when they count. I once got a Mind Shackle (Ne-Gok-Sa taking Airborne Elite) at the last possible moment. And in a recent game, DED was sitting on high taking pot shots and inflicting the occasional wound. My opponent ran KA into Quick release range. Lucky me he whiffed the first roll and only got one skull the second-which DED with height easily defended. Next round, I got initiative and DED went for the autokill. 19. DED brained KA point blank. As much as I don't like DED and do like KA, I gotta admit the d20 comes through when I need it.
