I got this game a while ago, but my parents just got divorced so I had to move so I am wondering where i can find people to play this against.

Welcome Timotayo. There is a thread to meet other players. Maybe one of the mods or admins can help you. Or if this sits here long enough someone in your area may respond. There is also a link to something called "The Generals of Valhalla", or something like that,that shows a map of where players are...hmmm I should be using that myself.
