How Do I Use Those Army Card Backgrounds?

So, I was wondering how to use them? I can veiw them and such, but how do I actually add pictures and stats on to them :?:

I am going to point you to a couple of threads that may help you out.

This first one is a thread by CupidsArt with a tutorial on how to make custom cards using Photoshop.

Basically you need a program that will let you edit photos. There are also a couple of HS Specific programs that will make cards, HSToolKit, the HCC. I will find those links and post them for you.
