hey i want to use hcc but it wont let me run it i downloaded it then set it up but it wont run can some one give step by step to get it running thanks

Typically the problem is that you didn't copy the HCC.DAT file. Read the README.TXT file for details.

i did but i dont get it im not really that smart with computer programs that you download
