Hey guys, Im relitively new to heroscapers. I been on .net but that closed so i googled heroscape and found you guys (great site btw). Anyway the whole point of this topic is gencon. I have been sitting back and watching the prices of the gencon guys rise. This got me a little mad as I dont have $50 to buy one dude. So after a little talking with my dad we are going to head out to gencon this year.

With the trip in mind we have a few questions about gencon:
1) When do the tickets go on sale?
2) How much do they cost?
3) Will you be there? (just for fun question =P)

and if you want speculat what you think the special dude will be this year. For the special guy im thinking it will be a squad based on the 4th line of mass but painted red for the brits (they have been doing wave2 repaints for gencon)

I believe that is official the site, and should answer all your questions about the convention. I'm not sure if it says anything about tickets yet.
I hope I'll be there. It'll be tough but I'd really love to go.
I don't know about the exclusive figure, the last two were repaints from the same set. It'll be interesting to see where they go with it.

I believe you are talking about Zanafor's Discovery. That is if it includes Braxas (big black dragon), Jotun (Big evil looking dude). As well as the other big guys, except for theracus. And I'm assuming your talking about orm's return when you say the the skeleton dragon.

Indeed it is. :) I still have to figure out who is going to be my stoolie, but that will work itself out.

I also think that a Marvelscape exclusive could be very likely. If that is the case then a lot of people here will rejoice due to the fact that so many of them will have no interest in it at all.

You can be guaranteed that whatever it is it will be a repaint of an existing figure. Take heart in the fact that a custom paint job will take care of it if all else fails to get you one.
