From Kee-Mo-Shi:
Toxic Skin - After attacking, you must roll the 20-sided die once for each figure adjacent to Kee-Mo-Shi. If you roll a 17 or higher, that figure receives one wound. Soulborgs are not affected by Toxic Skin.
From Su-Bak-Na:
Hive Supremacy - Anytime you roll the 20-sided die for a Marro or Wulsinu Army Card, you may add 1 to your die roll.
Ok, since Su-Bak-Na, says "may add", I can see where if you have your own figures next to Kee-Mo-Shi and roll a 16, you wouldn't want to add the 1 and have them affected by Toxic Skin -- and of course the opposite if only your opponents figures are adjacent to Kee-Mo-Shi.
However, what if you have both your own and your opponents figures next to Ke-Mo-Shi. Could I say for my figures she rolled a 16, but for my opponents, add the 1 from Su-Bak-Na and call it a 17 (i.e., inflict a wound on my opponents, but not my own)?
My guess would be no - the add 1 is either for all or none. What is your opinion?
