new hero

what would you guys and gals think of if they made a hero that was an engineer? hear me out here. maybe kinda like a flagbearer. comes by himself. has a special ability if you roll a 19 he can build a med station (2 tiles big) or roll a 20 and he could set up a Sentry gun of some kind. maybe with a range of 4-6. but make him kind of weak. or if you like the idea what else would you like to see him build (with in reason)

maybe, build roads, title by tile, and maybe walls too, Bridges? I think no attack buts a couple of special things and low defense but high life
