Anyone have access to the walmart master sets with EOV

My nephew has asked his mom specifically for the master set with the EOVs. I can't find them at any Walmarts in the detroit area. Anyone have access to a set that my sister could pay you for the set and freight?

She's ready to bid on e-bay but I think she's worried about getting bid up

uhm, i have heard rumors of some around here, but not too sure if they are true. i have only been to one Wm recently and i found no EOV's there. I'll keep an eye out though. Any deadline as to when she needs it?

I'd be careful on Ebay, I've seen the EOV (just figures) going for $20 to $25 lately. That's just three figures. I got lucky and found one a couple weeks ago at a Wal-Mart, but don't have any extra. I know that there are several on the site that do have extra though, so you may get lucky!

EOV sets are available on Amazon for $60. Outrageous, but if you're desperate ...

I know a nearby WM that has a ton of them. Maybe 10 to 12. I don't know the price, though. I am leaving for Iowa and won't be back until Sunday the 10th. I can get one for you if you like after that. I'm sure the price will be about $39.99 or so. Let me know.

I sent you a PM in response to your PM. Now that I think about it though you might be better off buying a cheap Master Set at one of the many sales that are cropping up and then just springing for the EOVs and their card on eBay. If I were buying that's probably what I'd do. By the time you pay for me to drive all the way out to the source, purchase a 40 dollar (plus tax) item, pack and ship it, etc it's going to get kind of pricey. I'm thinking 50-55 easy, maybe higher depending on shipping costs.

If you can find a Master Set for less than retail somewhere and then pick up the EOVs for even as high as 20 bucks it might work out better for you.
