Does anyone know where Vydar lives? What would his fortress be like? Does he summon these technologically advanced creatures and put them in a castle? Did he perhaps summon people who are not warriors like scientists?
We don't know, but can we assume anything? Do you think it would be worth it to put together some questions for Hasbro that are not rules related?
I'd like to build some custom scenery, and obviously I know I can do whatever I want, but just for the sake of staying with the accepted "reality" of the game, would a Vydar fortress be technologically advanced?

I picture him living in an "Umbrella" styled lab/bunker.
I imagine with a General of his style he tries to keep his location a secret from outsiders, :D

I always envisioned it as a castle in a deep gorge, basic castle, with super upgrades. Like plasma cannons in place of catapolts. Security cameras in place of watchmen.
A steel door instead of a wooden one. That kind of thing.

You could have asked this question in the heroscape philisophical discussion page.
But I will answer it here. (Or we could merge)
I do believe Vydar to be technilogically advance. For one, he has hoardes of units that contain the knowldge of high tech inventions. I am pretty sure he would utilize that effectivley.
Second, there is evidence that the kyrie are already high-tech. Jandar gave Sgt. Drake what looks like a high tech grapple gun. We also know that at least two valkyrie own deep dive devices.
The only thing I do not understand with this scenario is why Vydar does not make all of his troops high-tech. You would think that he would equip Braxas with a giant lazer cannon in addition to her normal weapons. (Not to mention a cool battle suit.)

I think that Braxas would look ugly in a battle suit. and I have always imaged Vydar in a castle built into a mountain. and yes it is advanced with security cams thanks to the Microcorps. :D

Vydar's personality probably just attracts the sneaky, high-tech guys. He's not necessarily high-tech himself, but he's sure integrating all the great tech stuff he finds. To that end, I would not expect him to have any high-tech production facilities or Stargate-type bases. It would be more like Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court.
Ever read that book? Really fun story.
