The Story

Laglor the Vydar Flag-bearer leaned against a tree watching the Krav Maga Agents and the MicroCorp Agents sparring. Agent Carr sat on a branch high above him.
"Alright, Laglor, whaddya think?"
The Alphallon frowned, "They need work, especially if they are to lead the assault against the castle of Utgar's Kyrie."
Carr nodded, "I agree."
Agent Carr leapt from the branch he was sitting on. Just as his feet hit the ground, the clearing erupted into spurts of lava and fire and hundreds of Obsidian Guards began climbing from holes in the ground.

"It seems that Utgar knew we would be here. It is a pity that we could not finish the training exercise." With those few words Agent Carr ran into the newly created lava feild, slashing at any volcarn that came near buy.

Laglor watched as the amount volcarns climbing out of the foul hell-holes increased. He looked into a small screen on his arm and said, "Activate. Code 2034. Nakita agent alpha kelda 333."

The screen on his arm lit up. A clear femine voice was heard eminating from it. "What's up boss?"

Laglor looked out onto the battlefeild once again. He turned back to the screen and replied, "Contact Q9. We need reinforcements. Lots of them."

At that instant a blast sounded nearby and blastatrons swarmed the area with there gladitron counterparts. "Seems the reinforcments noticed what was going on before we did" yelled agent Carr as he slashed at a obsideon guard. In just 10 seconds of blastatron fire only a fraction of the guards were left standing. Q9 arrived at that moment and in one round of queqlixing the remaining obsideon guards were just obsideon holes in the ground. "whew, that was close," said laglor as he came running over from where he was previosly gunning down guards. Q9 stroked his metal head thingy softly and with a commanding voice replyed, " Utgar knows were here, we can no longer remain in hiding. Let us field an army and confront them once and for all!"

"Negative, Q9," came Vydar's crackled reply. "We do not interfere on any large scale. Contain and supress. Vydar out."

Q9 got a sinking feeling in his processor as the volcanic pit widened, opening up to more and more of the hellish flame and Obsidian Guards. His Queglix gun made short work of many of the fiery demons, but more took their place, rising from the lava. Carr was able to dispatch many, but even he had to back away from the scalding heat while the Agents attempted to stem the tide of Moltarns.

"Major - please respond," a voice said in Q9's head suddenly. "Reinforcements are on their way."

Q9 breathed a digital sigh of relief at the voice, who turned out to be...

Fwoosh! Vydar's beleaguered forces cheered as the mighty black dragon Braxas swooped in and acidified several of the Obsidians.

Carr approached Braxas. "Thanks." the agent laconically addressed the dragon.
"LOOK OUT!!"
Carr turned around just in time to see Brunak the Trollticor charge out of the flame-ringed portal in the lava lake.

Laglor heard an oily voice behind him. "Do you want to be cooked medium, well-done, or rare?"

Looking over his shoulder, the Primadon saw that Brunak had been carrying Ne-Gok-Sa safely through the lava. The Warlord's shoulder armor was red-hot, but it only seemed to invigorate the Mindshackler. Thrusting his fiery sword, he attempted to impale the Flagbearer. Laglor jumped aside just in time, but still, he could feel a sinister presence in his mind, whispering dark things like...

Useless! You are useless! Why did Vydar even save your hide? You belong in the grave, Primadon! What do you give to your allies that they do not themselves possess? The ability to attack at a distance? You are a fool for thinking they need you! You will soon learn Valhalla has no place for the weak!

Laglor's heart sank in the wake of the forceful mind-voice, but tried to bursh it away as he unloaded a a few rounds from his flag's cannons at the Warlord. Ne-Gok-Sa simply shrugged them off as they pinged off his armor and charged again.

Laglor dropped to his knees, his head throbbing, feeling as if it might explode. His last sight before passing out was Ne-gok-sa falling down in front of him. Odd, he thought, and his world was black.

Carr stood over Ne-gok-sa, his sword of reckoning pointed at the marro's throat.
"Release him, NOW," boomed Carr.
"I don't have him you fool," spat Ne-gok-sa, "you interupted the process."
Carr allowed himself a half smile. "Sorry to disappoint you," he replied sarcastically, "now I'm going to interupt you permanently."
Carr raised his blade to strike........

...but a blast from Laglor knocked the sword out of Carr's hand! Ne-Gok-Sa grinned.
"What did you expect? That I was going to tell the truth?" the Marro Warlord laughed. "Fool! You've underestimated me again and again, but this time, I get the last laugh. Now, my mindless puppet, destroy this vermin. I can't bare to look at this meatsack any longer."
As Laglor raised his gun, Carr gritted his teeth and braced himself.

At that second an explosion erupted from behind ne gok sa and ne gok sa pitched forward with a buring outer shell and an empty facail socket. Behind him stood Q10 with a smoking wrist rocket. Laglor dazed looked up. Him and the rest of vydar's forces were lucky that ne gok sa had perished the second before his mind shakle was complete. In the confusion no one noticed Brunak slip into the vydar camp...

Hungry for blood, the trollticor was unmercifully thrashing the nakita agents, Agent Skahen, the microcorp agents, and finally the gorillinators.
While Carr, Laglor, and Braxas rushed over to the Vydar camp, Brunak's Obsidian Guards reformed, and began destroying the Gladiatron lines!
"Mission....failed."
After many repeated attacks from the Obsidians, the mighty Major Q10 fell into the lava lake.

But it seemed as if Q10 did not die, as if he was protected. Out of the lava lake a blue sphere emerged, and inside a few Gladitrons and Q10 stood unscathed. At the center of the orb stood Raelin, with her mighty spear twirling.

"Hope Jandar can help!!" she yelled to Carr, just seconds before 400 Dzu-teh came bursting out of the sphere followed by Saylind. They charged out and a battle of the "elements" was in full force as the Dzu-teh contacted the lava giants in combat, yeti blood and obsidian chunks landing here and there as the forces fell.

Saylind called out to Carr, and it seemed as if she was saying "watch this!" as a large gaping hole appeared in the sky......

Out of this hole flys charos the mightiest of ullar's forces(other than joton):)

Charos lands lightly on the ground, not even slowing as he lopes forward and simply bats aside the numerous Obsidian Guards.

Q9 watched in surprise as the battle escalted to a full-scale war. So much for not engaging on a full-scale level, he thought. As he thought this, an Obsidian Guard had snuck around to his back. It carried a burning ball of rock in its hands, ready to bring it down and crush the major's skull...

...just as Carr pulled the Sword of Reckoning out of a rather small looking Obsidian Guard and turned to take a quick scan of the chaos around him, and in one fell swoop, he slashed 3 more Obsidian Guards and fired a single shot into the Guard behind Q9.

"Glad I'm here to save you metallic hide, aren't you?" Carr exclaimed as 2 more Guards fell before his mighty blade.

"I suppose so." Q9 replied in a confused tone (robots don't exactly feel you know). Q9 fired another quick burst of quiqlix shots into the surrounding Guards.

So much destruction, Carr thought, just as yet another hole appeared in the ground...

Out of the hole erupted a wave of drones and behind them followed a battalion of stingers hungry for metal death, the marro army converged upon the remaining blastatrons whil agent carr stealthily vrept behind the marros who were ignorantly unaware of his presence. Carr was sure these mindless cretures had some sort of leader in the back of their formation. Carr was right for at that instant SuBakNa flew from the hole. Agent carr was ready and took a slash at the hideaose creature's mount. The mount toppled over dead and SuuBakNa jumped down to meet agent carr on foot, after a battle of sword verse scythe SuBakNa was about to kill agent carr when...

...when Carr suddenly disappeared from beneath his finishing blow. Only to reappear beside Saylind 500 feet away. Su-Bak-Na then flew back up as a hole emerged directly from where he was. Out of it a giant green hand emerged and with the ugly troll was...
