How many members have the Elite Onyx Vipers?

Yes, I got really lucky last night and found the Wal-Mart exclusive Master Set with the Elite Onyx Vipers! This happened in my local Wal-Mart, here in Wake Forest, NC. I was absolutely shocked that they had any at all. I've checked that shelf every week for a couple of months, and all of a sudden there are three EOV's sitting right there in front of my face. I bought one, and left the other two on the shelf. They are dusty, like they have been sitting in the back from for a year or so. I wouldn't have even bought another MS yet, but because they were "special" I picked one up.

I am wondering "how" exclusive they are, I know that everyone doesn't have them, but I'm aware that many do.

Clarification: The "I have some that I got separately" question is if you have purchased them from someone, or traded for them, but didn't buy the MS with the EOV.

So I guess that several Wal-Marts are doing the same thing...do you think that they saved them for the holidays? They just put them out right before Thanksgiving, because they weren't on the shelf last week...

I do not have them, nor do I have Hawthorne, but I do have Nerak. They are a unique squad, right? So I'd only need one, since we play that uniques are unique per game, not per side.

I am waiting for them to drop the prices down from $34 to something like $25 or less

EOVs are a Walmart exclusive...so no, TRU wont ever have them

I started off with the EOV set. It had been marked down to $20, and I had been thinking about picking the game up for some time and figured this was a real good deal to see if the game was worth doing. I still find the sets from time to time, but no place has had them marked down again.

i got the EOV set a while back, but wanted terrain more than figs. The EOV was cheaper (wtf?) so i went with that. I never used them, so i traded tehm to someone else who did, and then i got an urge to have everything, so i just did a trade with hulkster to get some EOVs

My wife found an EOV MS at a garage sale for $2.00 last August. It was missing two water tiles but was otherwise in mint condition! For once, both my son and I were happy about her garage sale addiction!

I do have one left I was going to keep (I got a couple extras I gave to members here back when they came out) but it may be worth giving up for the EOV's. Is the card in good shape?

my card is in excellent shape, but it's the only set i have. I can try and get my hands on a second set, and if the cards is in poor condition, i can simply send you mine instead. I'll keep an eye out for some EOV's and i'll keep you posted on it! The EOV MS shouldn't be too hard to find; they're still floating around topstock at one onf my WMs..

I know what you mean. I have a shelf stash too at a local super ghetto Wal-Mart. Tons of them, way up high where no one will purchase. Been there a looooonnnngggg time.

I'm waiting for them to drop in price or for someone to make me a really great offer to get them one.

I have three sets. I bought them all at Wal-Mart after they had been heavy discounted to $8 bucks a pop. Had they not been so heavily discounted I most likely would have passed on ever getting them. A Master Set alone for $8 is too good to pass up let alone an EOV MS.

Don't have them and don't really care. I'm not that excited about "official custom repaint" units like the EOV's, Nerak, and Hawthorne. If I could buy them normally in a pack I probably would, but I'm not buying another MS just to get three repaints.

Last time I looked one of the Walmarts in my area had about seven boxes of the EOV sets up on their top shelf. If they ever put them on deep discount I'd probably pick one up, but not for $40.
