no he posted i have 69 posts. This was a flash back to hq when he celebrated by posting about it he was so happy, then got a hero 69 tital and was even happyer, then some evil mod removed his tital and he's like, what happened to my tital? Then he got "someone stole me tital." the admins are hardcore stancing so that we will "know" what behavor is expected of us, like dont flame, dont you post such and such. Etc.. thats up to them, personaly I dont feel thats nessary to be like this, I dont see too meny new people, but even with the new people some things are OK and others are past the line, I dont know where he posted this- if it was in "genneral" (OFFTOPIC) then I think its OK, however, the issue is that EVERONE ELSE will want to do this behavor and start doing it, so no one can do it, even if its cute or funny or amusing or unharmfull.
Its sad I dont agree with it but oh well.
