Both times I've been able to take advanage of the Hasbro 25% off with free shipping promo code I've found out about it here (the first time was on HQ). I loaded up on castles, TT commons and another RTFF.

I signed up to receive the Hasbro catalog from the hasbrotoyshop.com website, but the codes received with the catalogs have always been the lesser codes like free shipping with a $50 purchase. The 25% off with free shipping has always been something I've heard about online and oddly enough last time (Oct.) it was running concurrently with one of the lesser offers posted in my catalog. I haven't received a catalog since early December though.

I did read where such codes were posted on fatwallet, but various web searches have turned up nothing recent or planned, just news of previous codes.

I think we need a sticky where only news of promo codes is posted.

I keep two sets of uniques available but only put out one copy for drafting. We try to keep the uniques limited to one per game just because it adds tension to drafting but having a second copy in the game probably wouldn't ruffle anyone's feathers either.

Thnx will be fun, I hope, but I now need to actually get some one to play with, a steady group less than 2 hous away etc... I have only played with my 9 year old cuzin a few times when he is up from Florida, and a few tournaments. If I get the apartment that I hope to get, will require getting a better job first (and not buying so much scape), I will have a spare room that is basicly a retail store in a mini mall, that I will open up for 24/7 scape... maybe I can turn it into a brick and mortar heroscape store ;)

I noticed something else: Look at the art on the Einar Imperium. On their swords, as in most drawrings, the light grey is the sharp side and the dark side is dull. Look at the sword behind the guy in the art's head. The dull side is on the outside. Therefore, it's either a Reverse-Blade Sword (Rurouni Kenshin FTW!) or he's holding it backwards. I guess he's not that sharp.

I've never understood the Reverse Blade Sword. Its a structural nightmare on a blade design that's already famous for shattering in combat. Kenshin's a great series though :D

EDIT: ok, I called hasbro, and they are having issues with the 25fall promo code as of late last night. What they recommend is to save your order, and try back later. If you can't get it working today, try back tomorrow (the last day of the promo) If it still doesn't work, give them a call (they're open till 10pm pst) and they'll come up with something. I'm guessing an extension on the promo code.

I put my order on hold yesterday, and when I logged in today the card was listed. I also called them up and they will give me the other card. A month ago I thought that I had all the units that I wanted for now... wow did I fool myself or was I in denial. I need counseling. Free shipping does not help with my addiction. Buying through HTS beats spending gasoline and time and find nothing. Free shipping is a bonus, $10 discount and a $10 gift card and I can't resist. I should be caught up with my uniques shortly and then pile some more commons like the KoWs, etc. I'll proceed to possibly repaint some of my commons just to give them a diff. look.
