Lessbane...hmmmm

Not sure what to say about him. 100 points for a figure that will kill himself 5% of the time? Maybe just make so he takes a wound.

If you keep it like that switch to roll a 1 he dies. That way if you hold the +1 d20 glyph you can acutally use it...

As for giving a figure double attack...I am not exactly sure how much a figure that can grant double attack to should be but I would bet that its more than 100.

I'm thinking the two balance each other out. If you use the ability successfully you can kick but. If there's a good chance you'll die, then you might not use the special ability or you might reserve it for a desperate moment.
I like the idea of changing it to a 1 instead of 20.

It still needs play testing!

Dude that Marro Malevolence would MURDER EVERYTHING. Really Man I would make them at least 80 points and make the roll 16 or higher. It's like a Frenzie that effects all marro right?

So Su-Bak-Na (the dragon one) with his seven attack would ripp through an entire force if you roll right, or if you roll a 12 or higher 2 times that's 12 attacks, in one turn, HOLY CRAP!!!

Marro Melevolence only applies if you attack a Marro (any kind). Unlike frenzy, you can only attack a second time. It was hard to word and probably needs some tweaking. I want each Tar On Tine that attacks any Marro to have the ability to attack that Marro a second time if he rolls the 16 or higher. This ability isn't that great when compared to the removal of cloning.

Thanks! I love your repaints. How many dragons do you have now? Must be a lot. I like your snow covered ruins also.
Keep creating!

Twelve dragons... That would make for an awesome ALL dragon battle!

I second what DreadPirate said. I'd love to see an all dragon battle. You should set up a game and post the battle report, Skyknight. Hint hint...

Maybe you can have Charos lead one army and Braxas the other. It'd be cool to throw in Su-Bak-Na too, though he's not exactly a dragon. A custom of the dragon without the Marro Hivelord would be neat.

Wow Rune --

EXCELLENT repainting on most of those. I really love what you did with the Marros and Obsidian Guards especially.

Consider me a big fan of Maur the Hunched Giant. Where exactly did you get that figure? Love it.

Thanks! The Hunched giant is a D&D mini. It's my friend's figure he had a few that he came up with stats for and I just took the pictures made the cards for him. The skeletons and the warlock are also his D&D minis.

Here's a mini I painted. I have two of them and I'm thinking about making them be able to stay on lava terrain tile unaffected and have added defense against any fire attack like Mimring or lava tossers... ??

I just started working with a foundry on some non-Heroscape projects and I got to thinking... I can make metal dice! I know they would be a bit heavy and loud in a dice tower but how CUSTOM would that be? I can have them made a little smaller than regular 6 sided die.
Feel free to let me know what you-all think.

A friend of mine had a pair of metal dice made for him a couple of years ago. They were the size of average dice 5/8" square, solid metal with the pips indented, and rounded off corners. A tool and die maker friend made the pair. To look at them they look just like regular dice, but when you pick them up the difference is clear. One throw and they hit the table like a tonne of bricks. The sound is pretty harsh, too and they leave a dent if they hit to hard. Not recommended for the wife's dinning room table. Anyway they now reside in the these are cool but not for general use pile of gaming stuff.

I would say making them no 3/8" square and no bigger. The weight is a big factor.

The metal that they use is not all that heavy, Sort of a pot metal. I usually use a dice tray or a tower so the denting wouldn't be a problem but my tower is already loud. I could only imagine how loud the metal dice would be. They're making me some pirate coins right now... We'll see how heavy those are and then I'll think about it a little more.

The ones I was describing were some sort of steel. The pot metal would be much lighter. I wonder though if that metal is too soft.
I realize your using a dice tower, just relating a story. My buddy likes to throw his dice across the table. I was watching him play in a Heroclix tournament a local FLGS. The table had about a 3" border around it. John was playing this obnoxious teenager, who won all time and thought he never everything. So John started using the metal dice. He was throwing them across the table so they hit right in front of where the kid was standing. It was nasty. The kid was getting scared and he jumped every time the dice hit. Unfortunately the noise attracted the attention of the owner, who politely asked John to put those away before he broke the table. So John did but he also rattled the kid so much he started making mistakes and John won the game in a landslide.
