So I just spent the last couple of weeks solving all kinds of puzzles over at www.tanga.com in anticipation of the site's opening. I had a good time solving those puzzles and thought I would try my hand at making some. If you have solved any of those puzzles over there you will likely be able to solve these.

All the answers will be one word, and it will be Heroscape related in some way shape or form.

Please post your answer like this, so people who want to solve it don't see the answers right away, unless they want to. Highlight what is in the codebox and replace the Text with your answer.

I will post the answer late tonight when I post the next puzzle. :D The next one is hard, I have to rework it because I think in its current form its too hard.

I also might change the rules so that some of the answers can be more than one word, so for now if a puzzle has more than one word in the answer you will be able to tell or I will post it.

As Mr. Bean said its a race. Using Krug's race of Troll, you get the answer as Trolticor, the race of Brunak. Who walks on lava, like in the background.

Here's number 2 which is actually the third one I made, but since I need to refine the second one I posted this one.

Remember to use the quotes and make your text white to hide the answer from people that want to try it.

Right. That got me too. Then I zeroed in on the word 'boosters'. But even with that and the columns in the background I still couldn't get it.

The answers will always be something Heroscape-based. I have 5 puzzles made so far. I think I will TRY for a new one Monday through Friday. We will see how it goes though.

Was this one not Heroscape-based enough? Should everything in the puzzle be from Heroscape? Or is just having the answer heroscape-ish enough?

I am still doing those puzzles. Last night's was crazy, it took me forever!

I wanted to buy Alhambra, but it sold out too fast. That and I don't really like a game that says it scales down to 2 but makes you use an imaginary third player. Since mostly all I play is 2 players, this makes me somewhat glad it sold out before I could buy it, but the gamer inside me wishes I would have gotten there before it sold out, because it was such a GREAT deal...I hope they put more boardgames up instead of all this electronics crap.

Yeah, actually last nights wasn't too rough on me, but I know some of them that I have had trouble with, you have whipped through. It is strange how some thing click for some people and not for others, like the Obvious answer... Grrrr!

Anyway, I haven't played Alhambra, but I have heard good things and I am hard pressed to turn down a deal like that. I hope I dig it, and I do a lot of 2 player gaming as well, but I get 3 -7 pretty frequently as well.

Oh yeah, I think they need to end this electronic crap as well. Actually, it is probably a good thing. Otherwise my CC bill will get too crazy.

Romans! I couldn't get the transition from #1 to #2, so I just started with BOMB and was able to get it from there. Funny, I thought the columns were like one of those Red gates you see in Japan, looks like im not much of a histroy buff :-P
