Auggie's (http://store02.prostores.com/servlet/auggiesgames/StoreFront) is an awesome place for gaming needs, have ordered numerous times, and friends have as well with great orders! Wondering where the figures for my customs come from? You guessed it!

I sent the email friday and am wondering if anyone else who has had a problem like this can offer insight to how long the wait normally is to be responded to(site says 24 hours I believe).

I didnt had any problems but had waited for a week until they even acknowledged my order. I wouldn't worry much as I can see their shop's item count is rapidly decreasing almost by hour. They are surely quite busy these days and will probably try to resolve this issue internally before contacting you.

Auggie is good. Left a Outcrop base out of an order and he shipped it out fast.

I imagine he was just busy over the weekend for the Superbowl and what not. He will probably reply today. I have never had any problems with Auggies customer service.

I have ordered from Auggie's in the past and had excellent experiences. I placed a nearly $100 dollar order recently for moltenclaws expansion in multiples as well as some d&d minis.

Most of the order was great however for the first time several things were totally wrong:
- A mazzodemon was broken(arms torn off)
-Two squads of horned skull brutes were not included, even though they were paid for as well as marked on the invoice, I still received one of them and their card.
- Ethale was straight up missing

I sent two emails(one when I initially unpacked and discovered the broken demon) and one when I noticed Ethale and two squads of brutes were missing.

I sent the email friday and am wondering if anyone else who has had a problem like this can offer insight to how long the wait normally is to be responded to(site says 24 hours I believe). I know they are good and am not too worried but hope to resolve this so my collection can be completed officially.

Email Sent. We often don't respond over the weekend (I think it says "we respond usually within 24 hours except somtimes on the weekends" or something to that effect) though I do usually check emails and even answer some. The full explanations to what gets answered and what doesn't has to do with which computer I'm working on. General questions I usually respond to but ones that have issue with an order where items need to be replaced or whatnot don't since I need to print a hard copy of the problem and I might not be on the "work" computer.

Thanks Andrew and to the other responses. I know this isn't typical at all and you will certainly be seeing business from me again!

And to whoever negged me:

Chaoserver-- someone neg repped you? That's a little ridiculous.

However, I think you should have allowed a couple of extra days before publicly airing your grievances. Not everyone works on weekends, and when folks get back in on Monday there is typically a backlog of emails, etc. to deal with so that can delay response.

Auggies is one of the best places I've bought from, period. And I'm not talking about just games, either.

Definitly an unwarnted neg repping imo. Was it over this post or just a generic signature? I do assure you it wasn't me (in fact I'll +++ rep you now to offset it :D) and if it was someone else over this post, I do thank you for the thought and support (and I must say I'm proud/honnored that I instill this kind of loyalty and support), just not the action of the neg rep.

That being said, I do agree with I_R in that maybe the gun was jumped a bit on posting this and giving me enough time to answer. It hadn't even been 1 bussiness day yet but then again it did come in on Friday and I didn't answer until Monday. I sometimes forget that not everyone opperates in "bussiness days". Still, the post didn't really bother me as I'm fairly well known around here now and enjoy a good rep so it's not like the post will cost me bussiness.

In other words...It's all good man :)

Yeah I was negged anonymously.

Auggie's is the best- this thread was made with my general satisfaction with the site being clear. The only reason the thread was made because of the extreme rarity of this instance. My future purchases and I suspect others will not be affected by this instance.

Again, Auggies is GREAT this is a very rare occurrence as all my other experiences have been amazing. I will be shopping there again, likely in the next few weeks. =]

Edit: Looks like Auggest posted as I did. I definitely do wish I had waited, but will be editing the thread as to not spread any poor reputation for such a great site!

*chuckle*

Well played.

It would never have been an issue but I know how it is to *need* your plasticrack not *not* be able to wait for an answer.

Been there, done that, got a mountain of 'Scape to show for it.

I just got my latest order from Auggie today & all is well like every previous order. This shipping list is always checked (ok, circled) on each item so I know he/they are normally very careful. :D

BTW, anon-neg is baloney!

Yeah, two days after ordering from Auggies and I'm already keeping an ear out for the sound of the mail carrier's van. :)

Nothing but good experiences from Auggie's on multiple buys! He's also very good at returning e-mails with questions, which I appreciate.
