What's 'Wave tiles'?

I bought a expension set 'Frogotten Forest', because of I saw the battle field whose name is 'Ambush'.

And I try to make it. but contents(tiles) are not here in my set.

So, first I thought I lost it. but it isn't.

and I know that there is 'Wave tile' for make this field.


so, now I'm asking. what's 'Wave tile'?

Wave tile? You mean water tiles? Or tiles that come in the waves of packs like land with other figures? Can you describe it from the picture or directions please?

A "Wave Tile" would be the single and double hex tiles which accompany each of the expansion figure sets.

what tiles are ye missing?
if it's single or double hexes that means that likely those are the extra tiles ye get from fiq's expansion packs

however

Road set is considered wave 2.5 as is the lava set
while the Tundra is 4.5
