Awesome customs, althoug I have a few things to point out:
Red Slaad: it does seem a little cheap at 35 points, with that you could have something like:
Red Slaad X12 35 * 12 = 420/420
Raelin 80/500
Which seems a little powerful.
Blue Slaad: You might want to put a limit on the amount of attacks (ex limit 3), otherwise it can move pretty quickly and devastate ranged squads. (Take damage, race up, kill them all)
Overall though, great customs, and nice-looking card! :thumbsup:

I might bump the red slaad up to 40 points.
As for the Blue Slaad, I kinda wanted it to be the nega-lawnmower. Instead of moving behind rat-screens and staying safe, the blue slaad is a fast moving kamikaze. I might bump the points up by 10, and I'll probaly drop its life to 4.

Great stuff, I like Chaos Phage, but I think I will agree with Fen H. Even at 40 pionts Red Slaad seems way powerful, and Blue Slaad should have a limit on ravenous fury, otherwise I am play testing these guys tonight.

That is one of those very few armies that can fear Otonashi.
And 35 pts. is way too cheap, maybe 60-80 would work?

Reds pretty overpowered compared to anything in/near his point class... I mean he even has two life. Blue is probably not good enough, though I can't say for sure- I feel like he would either have very lackluster games and make up for a small fraction of his games, or take a good amount of wounds and get lucky with defense and do awkwardly well. I would drop his points a bit and take fen Hydras advice about limit the attack numbers for a more reasonable figure. Props for using berzerker charge, Valguard buff!
Edit I agree with the 60-80 pricing, reds not a bad idea, just frustratingly good.

Update:
Red Slaad: uped points to 55, may raise by 5-15 points later.
Blue Slaad: Dropped life by 1, up the requirments for beserker charge to 14 instead of 12, dropped points to 100
Azer Footmen: New

Red Slaad
I really like the concept here. Is this a single-based figure? If it's double-based you may have some problems when replacing single-based figures. If single-based, what space do you place the new Red Slaad on if you destroy a double-based large figure? You also need to state that you remove all wound markers from the previously-destroyed Red Slaad.
Blue Slaad
Decent overall design, simple but solid. If a Blue Slaad is hit by Counter Strike and is not destroyed, does he immediately get the additional attacks?
Azer Footmen
Obvious design, but that's not a bad thing. They fit well with Shurrak, making a neat thematic army.
