I don't have VS to share battlefields, but here's a short scenario I came up with wanting to use a Battle for the Underdark and 1 terrain expansion for each "room."

A small scouting party has been sent to connect with fellow warriors in the fight against Utgar. Unfortunately, his troops lie between them and their allies. They must find another way around.
Searching through the forest, the adventurers come upon a disconnected ancient road. Nearby, there appears to be the opening of a cave that heads underground. However, just as they spot this potential bypass, some of Utgar's own troops see them.
A runner is sent back to camp to call for reinforcements, but the other scouts stay to fight. The battle is on!

"Room" 1: The old road crosses a small stream via a narrow bridge. The trees of the forest give way to the water, while rocky formations mark the area around the cave entrance. A piece of treasure lies hidden off to the side across the river.

Required sets: BtfU, RttFF, 1 random treasure glyph (trap for all treasures: 1 free turn for villains' 'X' OM)

Points: 220 non-Utgar, heroes only, 4 starting spaces, a Vial of Resurrection, can save some points for later
vs 100 Utgar heroes and squads welcome, unlimited spaces for the villains randomly set up across river

Objective: Heroes must make their way across the water and into the cave. Villains must kill heroes.

Room 2: Inside the cave, the temperature immediately drops drastically. The ground is slick with ice and giant formations of it reach to the ceiling. Guardians of this cave step forward from the shadows to challenge the heroes and protect their treasure.

Required sets: BtfU, TT, 1 random treasure glyph

Points: Heroes from room 1 + up to 80 points of reinforcements (any not spent can be saved for later)
150 Utgar villains

Objective: Heroes must delve deeper undergound (next room). Villains must kill heroes.

Room 3: The passages in this underground get steeper and steeper until the adventurers find themselves in a boiling hot room, a great contrast to the rooms far above. Here the long forgotten souls of parties who failed to make the journey to the other side (in more than one way) are tainted by this place's darkness and seek vengeance upon the living!

Required sets: BtfU, VW, 1 random treasure glyph

Points: Heroes from previous rooms + 60 points (and any saved points; can be saved again)
200 undead Utgar villains
Objective: Heroes must head back up through the exit on the other side of this underground lair. Villains must kill heroes.

Room 4: The heroes rush forward toward fresh air and sunlight, well on their way to the allied camp and away from Utgar's forces! But there is not yet time to rejoice, for crashing into the jungle from another of the tunnel's exits are yet more foul beings, still bent on the destruction of those who would make off with their treasure!

Required sets: BtfU, TJ, 1 random treasure glyph optionally immediately given to heroes before adding figures (remove the anti-undead glyph if it hasn't been found yet)

Points: Remaining heroes + 10 points for each treasure recovered (including temporary but used; no reinforcements can reach the party this far along, but the loot has attracted someone)
215 Utgar villains if party carries no treasure, 270 if they do

Objective: Heroes must slay the marauding monsters. Villains must kill heroes.

With the dungeon cleared of evil and this new passage found, there is renewed hope in the fight against Utgar and there will be a celebration tonight!

Interesting, and extremely customizable! I may have to try this one...

Nice nice. I like it. The only thing that bothers me is that you put "BtfU" instead of "BftU." Other than that, it looks like something I might try.
