"The Simpsons" hasn't been very good since about the 8th season. Sure there have been moments, but...

I have little or no interest in paying to see rehash of a failing TV show on the silver screen. Especially, when it will be on TV within a year.

Stupid idea that if it was going to be done should have been done, as netherspirit indicated, long before now and during its prime.

The good news is they are bringing back a lot of the writers from the prime years, or so I hear, to do the movie.

I think Simpsons went through a real slump, but the last couple years have been good I think.

I have been a fan of this show since I was in highschool. I will definitely go see the movie.

And for those that think that Simpsons has sucked since Season 9.....try watching it again. It's been pretty good since Season 14 in my opinion.
