Hey all, it's me again. This time I'd like to display my 5-hex modular maps for marvelscape use.

These all use 1 Marvel set each.

Cool idea. I only have 2 Marvel sets, so I probably couldn't create anything too big, but you don't really need that for superhero battles. Besides, it would still be a good looking little street.

Doubly true. I have a few friends with only 1 marvel set and nothing else, these are great for bringing our 'scape collections together and building maps easily.

EDIT: I'm seeing a problem with the roads, though. I need to make some sort of rule about their end spaces. (Should probably only be the 3 middle hexes on an edge)

New Roads! (The last MOP uses 2 Marvel)

A big thanks to GaryLASQ for the original idea of the MOPs, I think they're fantastic.

Seriously, though, cool thread!

Maybe they made the Marvel set so small because they're the perfect size for city blocks, lol

WotC can send me the gratuity check for all the purchaces I've helped stimulate ;)

That's neat! You can put a bunch together if you have enough sets.

You're very welcome Brewster. Nice to see others making good use of them. I haven't been Scaping much lately, but hopefully that will change soon.

Yes indeed! if I'd thought of this earlier I would have bought 10 of the Marvel sets, the City'Scape possibilities are astounding!

If only we had more official structural terrain other than the warehouse ruin...

No, but just looking at the MOP, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out what goes where ;) I lost all the data in a computer crash, so you're on your own.

I actually incorporated those and castle walls into a cityscape. Ruins look like a broken down church, Walls can be built up to look like skyscrapers.

Ok, I'll volunteer to try to reverse engineer this MOP.

It's Brewster's MOP, I'm just going to try to recreate it.

EDIT: Here is what I've come up with in vscape, please give it a look

It looks identical, except for the shadows. Do you have instructions?

I do, I wanted a second set of eyes before I posted them. Sounds like it's passed muster, so I'll upload them tomorrow.

It does, with a single hex void on level 1. The void is covered on level2 and is not visible to the player.

I've gotten busy, I haven't forgotten to upload the build - just haven't had a chance.

Soon...

Are there more Marvel Maps posted somewhere (on another thread or forum)? I have an idea to build one with FOUR (4x) sets that uses the warehouse sections as the four corners of a destroyed building - and I wanted to make sure that someone else didn't already create and post a similar design.

By the way: Great Maps - I don't play many Marvel Games, unless my grandsons come over and insist on their favorite Superhero to agument their army. But I did pick up a bunch of the Marvel Sets when they were on clearance at my local Walmarts (like $8.oo each), unfortunately most of them I re-sold at Flea Markets or gave away as gifts. Ce la vie. I did keep 4 and bought some extra pieces on eBay.

Up and online (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/downloads.php?do=file&id=2565). Turns out I hadn't used a 1-hex grass, so there aren't any voids after all!

I'll work on this one next:
