First try at customization. Not sure about the point cost, maybe around 120?
Thoughts, comments, and advice appreciated.

I like the idea of Doom, but I'd make it an aura instead of a D20 power...to me at least, an aura feels more consistent. Sort of the opposite of Finn or Sir Gilbert's or Taelord's attack auras. Something like:
Aura of Doom
All figures adjacent to Blackguard roll one fewer attack dice.
Also, is Tyrant's rage supposed to effect friendly figures? Only figures you control? All figures?

What's a Rare Hero?

The specials are based on abilities found on the original dungeons and dragons miniatures game. The game includes a "commander effect" which affects minis within 6 spaces. For this one, the effect was to destroy pieces that failed a certain dice roll in the game. Doom was a spell that could be cast.
The aura effect would be cool too. I'll likely include that on a future figure. I had intended the effect to work on allies. Basically he's whipping them into obedience...they either fight better or take the lashings.
The D&D figure is a rare, so I put that on the card as well.

I like the halfling outrider, but I personally would make him a squad.

If you want it to have more than one life, it has to be an uncommon hero, not a common hero.

Thanks for the input. I thought about going with a squad, but the original D&D figure is an old rare, so people could have trouble finding multiples of the unit.
@Necroblade: I don't doubt you about the life; is there a design document that details stuff like that? I ought to go looking for it but I'll ask anyway. :)

Try the BftU rulebook. It has all of the rules about uncommon heroes. Also the wording on the defensive bonus is a little awkward. Try this "When rolling defense dice against an adjacent large figure".

The Halfling looks cool, but if it is small, why is its height 5?

Thanks for the input. I've revised down the height to 4, figuring that the dog can still jump up some. The wording on the defensive bonus was also revised for clarity.

The cards keep on coming:

Neblin is cool, I really like the illusionist theme for him. But does he need Line of sight for color spray? I think you might want to either decrease his price, or increase the chance for blur, because right now his 2 def, 2 life is not going to last long. I would probably just make his blur a 13 or higher to live, it seems easier. But keep up the good work!

Color spray was originally a cone, which could be done in HS, but I wanted to keep it simple for now. I should probably keep it a cone, since it isn't a line attack.
Agreed on the chance for the Blur. I didn't put a lot of thought into the point cost, but figured that Melfs would bump it up there somewhat. Look for a revised card soon...

Your off to a good start. You should move all of your customs to the first post in this thread. Not many people, myself not included, are going to look through many pages to see all of your customs. That makes it nice and convinient for viewers.

Melf's Acid Arrow is a to hit chance and then Damage and then damage over several rounds. I would change it to Magic Missile which is an auto hit spell.
I would change the Class instead of Sorceror use Illusionist.
A wild personality may not be ableto pull off illusion spells, I would use tricky, percise, or disciplined.

Changes (cost, spells) made to Nebin. All images also moved to the first post for easy viewing.

Snig and his minions added.
FYI, the goblins are the Goblin Skirmisher, Goblin Warrior, and Goblin Blackblade miniatures from WotC.

I really like the minions ability. I would change the wording though. How about this? "After drafting Snig you may immediately draft 1 common goblin squad at no cost".

Yeah, that is a better way to word it. I was thinking more about how DDM did warband building, not how HS does it. Good change.

That outrider should probably be either common or part of a squad. And if its height is 4 it should probably be a Medium, not small.
On a side note, It's a Dog! :D

I think you have some cool ideas with this one. Some unique powers here.
With that being said I think you might want to consider modifying a few of these powers.
Burnout: Essentually the barbarian is dead after 3 rounds (Unless you place a wound after you opponents turn as well then you have less then 2 rounds), and thats if he/she does not get attacked. Perhaps make the power to inflict a wound at the end of the round.
Aura of fear: Love it, a fast character charging into battle lowering defense. If the above change were to be made, the only other thing I would do here is give him a few more defense dice but no more then 3 or 4, then he would be a true threat on the field.
Death strike: Looks good.

Ooops. Should have been rounds on the berzerker, not turns. I'll make and post a change. Thanks for the comments.

Nice job you might want to change the FB's burnout ability to rounds insted of turns otherwise by the wording she takes 6 damage every round 3 on your turns and 3 on your opponent's and is dead in the first 2 rounds of play. It makes her a little more playable too that way there you get more time out of the unit. Love the Oytugh!

Nice cards, but:
1) What's with the moon symbol in place of some of the Ullar symbols?
2) You really should remove the base from the figure picture and hit zone.
