Wouldn't the Mummy's mummy bonding make an infinite bonding loop if you had a Mummy and another Mummy with mummy bonding?
Mum's the word.

Was thinking the same thing. I believe he was trying to allow them to bond with Sudema...but she isn't classified as a mummy.
Perhaps rewording it to be called....

Before taking a turn with the Mummy, you may take a turn with any Undead Queen you control.

Yes, I should change the wording to involve revealing an order marker. I think that would close the loop. Thanks.
The intention is to create the equivelant of a two figure squad, but with each figure having more than one life. i.e. the intention is to have the Mummies bond with each other, but that you can only activate two per order marker.

Actually, with the current wording it would work for a 2-man squad. The first mummy has an order marker on him, so you get to activate another one. But the second mummy doesn't have an order marker, so he wouldn't trigger the bonding.
Also I like the custom BTW, the only thing is if you want to stay with D&D's theme, Ragnara would actually be a Psion, or more likely, given the sword and shield and psionic weapon ability, a Psychic Warrior.

The figure for Ragnara is the mold for one of the Phantom Knights.

for the mind flayer I think 3 order markers is way to much to take away, you could be taking their whole round away, just to powerful

You don't think it's easily countered through careful Order Marker management?
In other words, my opponent has a Mind Flayer. I place order markers 1, 2 and 3 on a single hero card. I charge with that hero. The Mind Flayer can only remove one order marker from that card. I get in two attacks and only lose one order marker. In order to take that order marker, the Mind Flayer has to give up an attack, so it's a wash.
The type of army the Mind Flayer would decimate is an army with mostly the same common squad. The larger the squad the more vulnerable it becomes, since the Mind Flayer can remove 1 order marker per figure. Even then, though, you take the Mind Flayer on one at a time to minimize its mind blast.
Maybe remove an order marker from 2 different figures instead of 3? Any less than that and the power would be worthless, since the Mind Flayer needs to use up an order marker to use its mind blast.
Maybe the Mind Flayer should cost more? 140 points? 150 points?

Been wanting to whip up a mind flayer myself. I like the ideas behind yours but echo the concern that mind blast is likely too powerful.
Good choice with the Reaper Legendary Encounters mini though - it's a great line of figures.

Per Hendlar and Fiddlerjones criticism I think I'll change the Mind Flayer's Mind Blast power to be identical to Dund's Crippling Gaze, but activating on a 10+ instead of 15+. I'll have to bump up the Mind Flayer's defense to 6 and its point cost to about 150.

I actually find the mind flayers power works quite well as it is. Obviously its attack isn't immensly high so it compensates with a great ability. I agree with bumping up the defense a bit, or maybe the life(but not both) and in relation to the great power maybe bump it up to 155-175ish? IDK about everyone else, but this sounds pretty good to me.

Ha, a mind flayer :). That ought to strike fear into the hearts of former DnD players.

Wow, I do believe it is.

I just noticed a problem, the size of the silhouettes. They look like they need some serious resizing. Other than that, I still think the cards rock.

Things look good to me. Just wanted to point out though, I believe the Illithids were supposed to be even more evil than the Drow. Possibly make him Utgar? Just a suggestion.
