Star City Bank Bio - Star City Bank is located in downtown Star City, right across from that coffee shop everyone seems to like so much, and it contains the financial holdings of hundreds of Star City residents, including a large percentage of the personal wealth of eccentric billionaire Oliver Queen. Mr. Queen has sent over twenty personally addressed letters to the Star City Bank board of directors encouraging them to increase security measures. He has not, to this date, received a response.

-Strategy, Tactics and Tips-
Catwoman - If you are player 2, then you are in control of Catwoman. Because Catwoman is so evasive, fast, and good at climbing, your best bet for this scenario may be to place the Glyph of Loot on her Army Card at the beginning of the game. With Catwoman inside the bank and so far away from the battle, it should be easy to use your Thugs, Joker, and Two-Face to keep the Heroes busy for quite a while before they start chasing her down. Inevitably however, the Heroes will start to close in on her, and unless you really need her to go out and kill off a Hero, she can take the Loot and run all the way up to the roof of the Bank. Remember to count how high up you are from any attacking figures, as you may be able to roll 2 additional defense dice for extreme height advantage. You should be able to lead some do-gooders inside the bank and up the ladders. If you do, you should wait for the right moment to jump off of the roof and on to the ground outside. This fall would only be a Major Fall and therefore it would not hurt Catwoman due to her Expert Climbing special power. Once outside, Catwoman can run, run, run, and by doing so, she can run some time down until the game is over and the Loot is in her hands.________________________________________________________________ _
