3. Heat of Battle.
-There are no starting zones; players will take turns placing one card's worth of units anywhere on the battlefield except on glyphs. Standard HS Scoring will be used if time runs out.

4. Capture the Flag.
-Each player will have a Brandar Glyph to defend just outside of their start zone, and can win by ending a turn with one of their figures un-engaged and on the opponent's Glyph. Player's can move their figures onto their own glyph to defend it.

5. Escape!
-Players are to trying exit as many of their figures off of the opponent's starting zone as possible. It takes 1 Move to exit from an outside space located in the Opponent's starting zone. Victory Points are based on full cards of figures exited off the board and full cards of destroyed enemy figures. The game ends when either the time runs out or when one player has no figures remaining on the board. The player with the highest Victory Points at the end of the game wins.

Noon?! Mrs. TexMex and I may not be able to make this one; we coach a soccer team, and our kids play at 10:30 here in Vegas. But maybe we can work something out. We'll see...

Very well organized. I like the different scenarios per round. I hope you have a successful day, I'll be in Ohio running one myself.

Swamp Helix (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/downloads.php?do=file&id=1563) 5.0 by dok
http://www.heroscapers.com/downloads//swamp-helix-5-0_jzq.gifI am, again, unreasonably excited to see others are planning to use a map I designed. While I'm very happy to see version 5.0 get another run, I'd be even more excited to see players using the newer version, Swamp Helix 7.3 (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/downloads.php?do=file&id=1714). There's a number of changes (see here (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?p=884539#post884539), here (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?p=890899#post890899), here (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?p=904337#post904337), and here (http://www.heroscapers.com/community/showthread.php?p=918472#post918472) for the discussions that led to the evolution to the current form, and the arguments behind all the changes). I think it's a better map for a variety of reasons, although I like both versions.
