Seriously?
Frenzy Enhancement
Add 1 to your die roll when you roll for the Frenzy power on any Army Card.
If you've drafted Venoc Warlord, any time you roll the d20 for Frenzy, you add one to the number. So, if you rolled a 17, you'd have 18.
Understand?

Heck I'll take any Frenzy enchancement I can get! You can also consider placing Lodin (+1 to D20 rolls) on the board and trying to secure it for your Frenzying needs.

To look at it another way, it's a 5% better chance. Considering the amount of times you will roll the frenzy (can be at LEAST 3 per round), it can definately help.
I always think it makes it seem better to say that it adds 5% instead of +1 to a d20 roll.

Or you could look at it this way: Since the Frenzy 16 gives you five chances to frenzy, and the enhancement adds one more to that, you are actually increasing your success possibilities by 20%! That doesn't sound useless at all.

Well, that's not exactly right. With the 16 your chances are 25% (16,17,18,19,20...5 numbers out of 20). Adding a 15 into the mix gives you a 30% chance to frenzy.
Even if 30 was 20% more than 25, you can't use a statistic like that and have it be meaningful, because it's already a percentage, not a quantity. I know what you are saying, but its a little misleading. Your success possibilities don't increase 20%. They increase 5%. That's like saying that SuBakNa increases the mindshackle 100%. In a weird way it is true, but..... okay I dunno I'm rambling.

Can I post to this thread yet? yes I can:
But this is a little weird: whenever I try to quote the Rev's post and say why he can say what he said and be "correct", I get an error. What did you do to God, Rev? :joke:
EDIT: I'll try again:
This is crazy: permission denied again :?:

Rev's correct in saying this, and it means exactly the same as it increases the chance for success by 5% - just p s y c h o l o g i c a l l y, by comparing the increase to the smaller quantity (possible successful rolls) than to the larger (total # of possible rolls), one gets a "better" result ;)

-edit- looks like toddrew was able to finally quote it after all :P

LOL, that is pretty funny. Not a "you cannot use that word", but something in the code that won't let you use that word.... Interesting.
(and yes, I tried it to, and got the same thing. Weird)

Maybe it's got some deep-rooted fear of the word, being a computer and all. Since it can't directly experience that field of science, it bans it from all mention here :P

Emotion can cloud analysis? Eeeeeeee-vil.
Also, a strange coincidence - Agent X-127 pointed out to me that there is a thread noting the phenomenon, and the first person to post about the P S Y dealio was :drumroll: Revdyer :!:
Alright, I will now cease the threadjacking

<laughing> Of course the way I put it was pure salesmanship, not mathematics. But if you want to sell someone on the worth of the enhancement, isn't that the way to pitch it? ( p s y powers)
