View Full Version : My first attempt at modding figures

Had a long weekend, so I thought I'd try my hand at modding some figs.

Basically just put some Marrow Warrior heads on some Tarn Vikings. I whittled down one arm to make it more bone-like. The two with shields have trophies attatched.

Those Marro/Tarn hybrids look quite disturbing and bloodthirsty. Very good!! Are you going to do some stats and a card for them?

The trophy heads and the blood are nice effects. I'm not sure the warriors look quite like Marro to me though. Probably the clothes they have on. They look almost like they could have masks on or that they could be another Alien species entirely.

Maybe they could be savages who wear the skin of their enemies on their faces and capture heads for trophies.

thats how I picture them - rather than being just Marro, they are some sort of Marro/Tarn hybrid race...

Thanks robula

Yeah, they are some bloody bloodthirsty buggers aren't they.

I haven't had the time to figure out how to make cards yet unfortunately.

I did use marro Marro heads, but I cut their mouths open and tried to deepen their eye sockets. Also cut away one of the arms to give it a thinner, more skeletal look. Haven't figured out what the heck they are yet, but I just thought I'd share my little quickie project.
