I love this miniature, so I've started wondering about porting it to HeroScape.

Flying: non need to describe this one.
Mobile Attack: can perform its attack at any point during its movement. it takes any free attack from the attacked figure, if applicable.
any suggestions/thoughts?
also, any suggestion on a less anonimous name is welcome.
also, I have no idea on point cost. on HQ there was a software to do this, but it seem unavailable in Heroscapers dowload section...

to be done:
1) tweak point cost

The Nightmare actually does look quite nice up close though the rider kind of ruins it. I really would have preferred if WOTC had left her off.

here is something to spice up your games: a wandering monster.

simply put some on the battlefield and look at them going crazy.
hint: it would be useful mount them on hex bases (extra glyphs will do the job) and put a dot on one side. that side will be 1, then determine direction rolling a D6 and counting sides clockwise.
even better, you can number all sides.
any comment suggestion will be welcome, as long as improved wording or a better name.

Nice use of that fig and reminds me of Reaper's Velociraptor's "neutral monsters." Nice use of that fig.

robaula, that fig is good sized but should fit on a standard HS base with just a little bit of the sides hanging over the edge. It looks disgusting...just like a gelatinous thingy should. :D

1) Gabbi - custom unit creators are allowed only one customs thread, barring exceptional situations or projects.
Don't make a new thread for each custom idea.
2) Neutral units were a featured spotlight article by atmospro in Heroscape Codex #3 - did you see that magazine?
It was an excellent article that is a very complete treatise on the concept.
3) It looks like you chose the random-movement, uncontrolled kind of neutral unit - you'd be interested in reading the KotDT #100 scenario called The Meat Grinder and how they had their zombies move.

sorry for opening two threads. you can lock this one. maybe I'll expand the concept of wandering monsters (after checking other members' work) and open a thread in custom rules section. or maybe I'll just adapt mine to some existing rules.

I've add the ability to climb hexes at half cost, otherwise their ability was quite useless (due to Movement of 6, they could climb up to 5 levels at time, not a significant amount. now they can climb up to 10 levels at time).
sligtly rised their cost, tough.

I think the Vampire Bats could have a move of 6 maybe 7 with the point cost where it is. Since they are going to be easy targets for ranged figs, they need to get where they are going. I have offered a wording suggestion for Blood Strength.
Blood Strength
When a Vampire Bat inflicts one or more wounds, place a Blood Marker on this card up to a maximum of 3. When a Vampire Bat recieves a wound, you may remove a Blood Marker from this card instead of removing that Vampire Bat.

I would also make them at least Large 5 since the actual figure is pretty good sized.

Height: 5
Special Powers:
CUT YOURSELF, IT'S FUUUN!
When attacking an opponent, Asylum Demons use their target's Attack value.
DEATH WISH
If at the start of its activation an Asylum Demon is on a hex adjacent to lava hex, water hex, or hex 6 or more levels below, it must roll 2 defence dice. If no shields are rolled, the Asylum Demon will forfeit its activation to jump in that hex. If there are more than one eligible hex, the card controller choose. Treat this move as normal.
MALEVOLENT JOKE
If an Asylum Demon is adjacent to an enemy figure after its movement, it can forfeit its attack to push the enemy figure 1 hex away in opposite direction. Apply all terrain effects as the target miniature has normally moved in that hex.

it's Atis Astartes from AT-43 line.
I wanted to port her as close as the original as possible.
it should also have Saylind's teleport ability, but I didn't found it on HCC, someonw knows how much it would costs?
here's her description, from AT-43 official website:
"Atis-Astarte is an unusual rank alpha overseer, a commander for the Therian army and its first hero. She enjoys battle so much that she specialized in close combat. Leading her grim golems, she attacks anything within her reach with celebrated fury. Her secret move: a unique routine allowing her to teleport her unit in contact with the enemy!"
once finished, I will put together the proper card in Photoshop.
any thoughts/comments would be welcome.
